DEDZA DYNAMOS REGISTER ANOTHER WIN




It's seven points out of a possible nine for the newly promoted TNM Super league side Dedza Dynamos as they come from behind to register their second win of the season with a 2-1 victory against Kamuzu Barracks in a game played at Balaka Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Both teams started the game with 4 points from their first two games of the season as they both registered a single one and a draw against Rumphi United and Karonga United for Dedza and Karonga United and Waka Waka Tigers for Kamuzu Barracks.

The game started highly and it was the Army Headquarters side that scored the first goal of the game in the opening 10 minutes of the game through a Horace Mchoma penalty on 6th minute after a handball by defender Lughano Kayira as he was trying to clear the ball away from an opponent.

Dedza pressed hard for an equaliser and no wonder they scored on 36th minute of the game through Henry Misinjo who played his first game for the team through a penalty after Helbert Wayekha fouled striker Clement Nyondo.

Five minutes later, it was Charles Chipala who scored after a great pass from Promise Kamwendo and the first half ended 2-1 in favour of Dedza.

Come second half there were no more goals and it was a victory for Dedza Dynamos as Kamuzu Barracks tastes their first defeat of the season.

Charles Kamanga coach for Kamuzu Barracks congratulated Dedza Dynamos for giving them a good game in his post match interview.

"They played better than us and they deserve  to win," Kamanga said.

Winning coach, Dan Dzimkambani was a happy man as his team has managed to collect 7 points from their opening three games of the season.

"Iam happy with my boys and I hope they will continue with this kind of performance," Dzimkambani said.

Dedza's victory was the only victory in the games played on Sunday in the TNM Super league as all other games ended in a stalemate.
