WAKA WAKA TIGERS BEAT DEDZA DYNAMONS
Waka Waka Tigers come from behind to claim a 2-1 victory against Dedza Dynamos in a TNM Super league match played at Chiwembe Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Dedza Dynamos started the game on a higher note and no wonder they were the first to score 4 minutes into the game through Clement Nyondo as Tigers failed to contain the TNM Super league debutants in the opening minutes.
After leading the game, Tigers come back stronger as they displayed some brilliant attacking football and they equalised 19 minutes on the dot courtesy of a George Chaomba powerful header giving no chance to Dedza Dynamos goalkeeper Donnex Mwakasinga.
As the game was 1-1 Tigers, dominated the proceedings as they searched for a second goal but Dedza managed to keep the game as it was going into the break.
Come second half, the Kau Kau boys started from where they stopped in the first half and Kondwani Chilembwe gave them an early lead as he scored on 52 minutes.
There were no more goals thereafter as Dedza failed to get an equaliser and Tigers failed to increase their lead despite them creating most of the chances.
It was Dedza Dynamos's second defeat in the last 3 games they have played the first one against Bullets before playing to a 1-1 draw against Silver Strikers.
